6 Cylinder Additive Kit (Step 2) - Liqui Moly

At The Bimmer Club, we place great emphasis on preventive maintenance and believe it is essential for vehicle owners to prioritize it as well.

Through careful research, we have identified the most commonly overlooked maintenance items and developed a comprehensive kit to help owners extract maximum value from their vehicles while safeguarding their investment.

Specifically designed for modern 6-cylinder gasoline engines, both direct-injected and non-direct-injected, commonly found in various European vehicles in the US market, this kit serves as the second step in our two-step maintenance regimen. The first oil change should be performed using Step 1, while the subsequent four oil changes should utilize Step 2. We have carefully selected products that complement the work accomplished in Step 1 and continue to build upon its benefits.

Working closely with Liqui Moly, we have ensured that the chosen products offer the highest level of protection when used together.

Included in this kit are the following components:

8x - LM2009 MoS2 Anti-Friction Engine Treatment: This treatment reduces internal friction within the engine, as it coats all lubricated surfaces with Molybdenum Di-Sulfide (MoS2). MoS2 is an exceptional lubricating material that not only minimizes friction but also enhances the shear strength of the oil as friction increases. This property, known as Superlubricity, allows the oil to provide superior protection compared to its natural state. The recommended filling quantity of this product is suitable for oil capacities of up to 5 liters. Please administer accordingly. (This kit includes LM2009 for the next four oil changes.)

4x - LM2007 Jectron Fuel Injection Cleaner: This potent fuel injector cleaner helps maintain the optimal condition of your fuel system. It is particularly beneficial to treat the system after undergoing cleaning in Step 1. Designed to effectively clean injectors and minimize carbon deposits, Jectron should be used at a minimum with every oil change or every 5,000 miles. For older vehicles, it is recommended to use Jectron every 1,200 miles.
